1. BVTK has enormous negative equity.
Okay - you got me there. True.
2. BVTK has next to no revenue and reported over a 14 million dollar loss last reporting period.
Well they did report $75,000 one quarter - but I'll give you that one too.
3. BVTK is heavily engaged with toxic death spiral debt financing.
Yep -true.
4. BVTK has 10 BILLION authorized shares and about 8.5 BILLION shares outstanding and has also just recently issued close to another 1 BILLION shares.
Can't argue with facts.
5. 20 months ago BVTK’s CEO did a 1:2500 reverse split and wiped out all common shareholders and 20 months later? (see #4 above).
Got me again.
6. BVTK’s CEO has been implying massive revenues and and contracts since last year and weeks before financials are due does a restructuring which delays reporting until May (seem strange?).
Well - maybe a little (awful) strange.
7. None of BVTK’s partnerships have generated any revenue.
Yeah but Darkpulse has tweeted about so many deals!!!
8. BVTK is associating itself with other OTC subpenny, non performing bottom feeding companies one of which was just recently suspended and dropped to the grey sheets (public corporation death sentence).
Are you forgetting about the the great SNNC/Mersky MAP/JV?
9. BVTK and it’s CEO have some buffoon pumping out practically incoherent Tweets daily, none of which contain verifiable factual information.

10. As of late (past 2-3 months) there has been an obvious urgency to get out PRs on a regular basis. This has in effect kept the PPS propped up above .002. During that period hundreds of millions of shares have been converted by the toxic lenders and dumped onto retail (such an obvious and easy pattern to decipher).
Aha - gotcha - can you prove that?
