I think there was a movement with the company in 3rd quarter last year, so that is why they are holding onto the release. Sal tweeted that an aquisition was complete and that he was assembling his development team in September I believe. This means they were moving forward with something in Q3. As of Q4, that is probably when everything was finalized, and will now be released as part of the 10k, hopefully showing revenues for whoever they merged/aquired.

Just my thoughts. Fingers crossed that I am right :)
