VNDM does indeed dilute, but if a person actually looks up the firm they will see that they are also whats known router for trades...

And being a Market Maker and selling convertible debt has NOTHING to do with T trades... simple DD and reading will tell investors that.

Its like saying Selling Hot Dogs from a cart makes you a chef because you both prepare food. Selling convertible notes because your an MM does not mean Because your an MM doing a T trade means your diluting.

Telling people t trades are absolutely Dilution is simply WRONG
