smart business to form separate companies for everything. nobody in their right mind would ignore the corporate protection available by forming separate entities.

A ponzi scheme is when you take somebody's money and tell them you are using it to make a product or buy inventory but never make anything or buy anything to sell.

Investors here were told there would be an ICO and there is one. We were told there would be multiple ICO's and GQ is coming down the line.

I'm not claiming IFXY is good or bad, but please be honest and don't claim common legal (and appropriate) business practices are illegal.
