What you're saying, Rob, is exactly the problem. It sounds like ownership, but it's not. They don't acquire assets for nothing. They can't liquidate the company (assets) and have those asset values divided up amongst shareholders. So like the accountant said in the 8KA, it's a development stage company. They have no revenue or real business right now.
