My guess is the financials are ready and they will be coupled with whatever new deal they are working on. I would wait until any deal would be beyond a LOI. They will get it done.

On a another note, Songbird still has the plane for sale/lease and one more in addition with 0 hours listed also. Maybe they would do a wet lease at a real discount if re-packaged with a Songbird purchase. Good time to wheel and deal IMO. When is Huerta going to be replaced???
