What are the chances I walk by one of these mall locations having zero clue and being a Bravada shareholder? Small but it happened. If DA learned it here, who cares. He clearly acted in acquiring Leggingsworld.com. I’m assuming the new attorney will now get to work protecting World of Leggings trade name from clear confusing overlap. That trademark application will likely get denied once examining attorney is assigned and/or goes to oppposition period. Problem for these companies, they didn’t consider trademark ownership before opening up all these locations.
