Interesting turn of events. Looks like DA will soon be protecting our intellectuals.i believe there are at minimum 7 Leggings world mall locations between two companies.

If I can’t get away with starting an airline called Airline OF America competing against American Airlines, Leggings World can’t do it to us with World of Leggings being well established and registered with the USPTO. Danny already successfully litigated against the same back in 2014. I expect the same with significant damages benefiting Bravada.
