RNVA - Many shareholder participants have left this position. The CEO's planning to post that ridiculous PROXY statement was a ploy to drop the share price. It suckered many into selling and to depart this position.
If the CEO was credible, he would have put forth actual numbers for the proposed split.
Instead he created panic and HYPE. These scare tactics have left an empty field.
