We can chat about what KK should do legally, or should not do all day. But as long as no one starts a case against him and wins, what does it matter. He does, what he does meanwhile and the result is whatever we allow, and so far we allow everything.
I think that as soon as the settlement is a fact, things might change. If not, we can all sit by the sidelines, or someone could act against him. But no one knows how that would work out I guess.

There are many companies where I read about fraud, scam and things like that...But I never seem to read I filed a complain against them at the Sec and it's going to be a lawsuit. As long as I don't read that, it sounds more like barking, and I don't know if that scares KK.
