Pual, We know you mean well, but your appreciation for Management is short lived and you mostly complain.

To be quite frank, You remind us of the Grumpy Old Guys on the Muppet Show.

Given the information you have (i.e. The Deferred Tax Asset and Section 382 Limitation), what would you Suggest?

Did you hear that? We're asking you "WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST?"
(And please don't make any EXCUSES, like you "have no information to base a strategy on.") Please make a Suggestion based on the information you already have.
