No mention of Finjan/Symantec deal in the overnight Law360 update. Surprising. Guess everybody was real tight-lipped and they couldn't add anything other than the scant details of the PR and are sitting on it until they know more.

That will help some of you that were waiting for an entry and thought you missed the boat. I still say you're nuts if you think $2.40 is too high to chase it when you know there is only 2 weeks or less to at least a double. If the news is "only" a settlement of $80M - $100M what do you think the price will be? A $100M settlement and they will have $5/share IN CASH! That should be your $8 pop and settle in at somewhere north of cash value.

If it is a buyout... double-digits.
