...it would be more than legally precarious for Leo to buy while he is entertaining 20 Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (CNDA) with those who could end up materially and positively impacting the SP of IPIX

...you would likely be the first to cry "inside trading" and volunteer to be lead plaintiff in a Class Action suit!!!

It takes an exceptionally dumb "insider" (and investor suggesting it) to do what you suggest!!!
