This could easily see half penny with right news. Has anyone noticed how easily this moves? It seems like the float is smaller than I thought. That tells me shares are locked up nicely and the last month has seen a nice base formed. I wouldn't mind seeing a few more weeks of quiet upward movement to the .002's and then a news release to send this .005+.
