A reverse split is damaging to investors because it dilutes their percentage ownership and reduces the number of shares they hold even though it increases the price of those shares.

This is not inherently damaging to investors.

The only way it's damaging to investors is:

(1) Market reaction is negative and pushes post-RS PPS down.

(2) Company issues additional shares with the "freed up" shares. Don't see WDDD doing that.
