Kerkorian is NOT interested in buying ImClone. Kerkorian is purportedly angry because GM abandoned talks with Nissan/Renault. The real reason for Kerkorian's anger is that GM wants to buy ImClone. Kerkorian wants GM to concentrate on its core capabilities and he is worried that a move on ImClone would be a signal to Toyota that the market is theirs.
