The Management wants to Increase Shareholder Value. What do you think they can do?

They Issue Press Releases as progress warrants. They express that they're making efforts to get something going.

Management has made quite a bit of Accomplishments along the way.

What would You do to Increase Shareholder Value?

We think that they're doing as much as any Capable Management can do, but it's just Circumstances that are Beyond their Control that are Preventing Progress (Such as Section 382 Limitation).

Please provide Suggestions as to what You would do if You were running the Company.
