My favorite section of the letter:

I have personally invested a tremendous amount of my own money
into the company with zero funding deals. Elev8 Brands has completely funded
itself.
The Company is currently not working with any Investor Relations company and has zero involvement
with any paid promotions. We are currently in communication with our Attorney, looking into any legal
action we may take. I would like to state that past management has no involvement in the Company and
never will. Past management, the previous CEO and Sole Director, had conversions from shares they
acquired in lieu of salary. Since the past management team has converted all of their shares and debt
without the Company’s knowledge we have been in communication with our Transfer Agent to make sure
this type of occurrence never happens again.
We are moving past this and pressing on as a company. We are currently working on retiring a large
amount of shares and maintaining our tight share structure.
