I just had a not very illuminating conversation with my Schwab rep. He had no explanation for why AMAVF was still trading even though ARCM.ST was de-listed, but said it was trading on the pink sheets with extremely low volumes and a very wide gap between bid and ask ... all of which I basically knew in advance. He said the global trader he talked to said that the time for resolution could be almost anything from a couple of weeks to a year or more. He agreed that it is likely that this would be at the last price or higher ... so the current trading makes no sense except for someone who was willing to take 60 cents on the dollar to get out now ... or, who didn't have a good board like this one to inform them about what was going on.
