I Like the Upside to this company as a Shell $$ * One FACT Is there has been LITERALLY NO DILUTION IN YEARS! When ICBT Was trading hundreds of millions of shares, there was Opportunity to Unload Hundreds of millions of shares back into the market* INCREASE THE OS , etc* Which DIDN'T HAPPEN *!

IF ICBT Had No FUTURE, or was a SCAM, GARTH WOULD HAVE, And COULD have BLOWN OUT BILLIONS OF SHARES $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

FORTUNATELY FOR SHAREHOLDERS , HE DIDN'T!!
