What do you think is going to happen when the O/S reaches the A/S and they can't dilute anymore? Two choices. Raise the A/S, highly unlikely or R/S more likely.

I own many stocks with floats under 10 million. My guess is you will see a 1 for 5 to 1 for 10 R/S as soon as the A/S is maxed out and that is how they will uplist with a much nicer O/S of 98 million and float of 21 million and then the only way it goes up big is if they reduce the A/S to 200 million or less.
