Alan B. Howe, CEO and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Howe serves as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer for SRTI Blockchain Generation Inc. and manages the day to day business operations, corporate strategy and new transactions. Mr. Howe has also served as the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Broadband Initiatives LLC, a boutique corporate advisory and consulting firm, since 2001. He served as Vice President of Strategic and Wireless Business Development for Covad Communications, Inc., a national broadband telecommunications company from May 2005 to October 2008. He served as CFO and Vice President of Corporate Development for Teletrac, Inc. from April 1995 to April 2001. Previously, he held various executive management positions for Sprint PCS, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. He is currently a board member and Chairman of Data I/O (Nasdaq: DAIO) and Vice Chairman of Determine, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTRM) and has served on a number of private and public boards including in the past five years former SEC reporting companies Qualstar and Ditech Networks, Inc. He has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelors of Science – Business Administration and Marketing from University of Illinois.
Eric Fangmann, Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Fangmann serves as Chief Administrative Officer for SRTI Blockchain Generation Inc. and manages the financials and operations for the Company. Mr. Fangmann also has been the Chief Financial Officer for MILFAM LLC (a/k/a Lloyd I. Miller, III), since June 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Fangmann was an independent accounting and finance consultant who was principally engaged by either public or privately held entities to assist in independent analysis or agreed upon procedures. Mr. Fangmann has served principally in senior management accounting and finance functions for both public and private entities such as Frontera Investments, Inc., The Upper Deck Company, LLC, PriceSmart, Inc. and Teletrac, Inc. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Fangmann started his career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Fangmann also serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation, and Global Agora, LLC. Mr. Fangmann received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Cum Laude and with Honors, from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
