Anyone have a magic ball that prognosticates bankruptcy settlements? If NOT a magic ball, maybe an informed opinion? Just curious mainly. Seems like the Case is taking more time than expected. Are the Lawyers STILL bleeding legal fees, or did they have a 'Cap' in place?

Call me cynical but my experience with Legal Vultures is that they pick the carcass 'almost' clean before flying off. Leaving just enough for the ants.

Fortunately. I can use all my LT/Losses in 2017 Tax reporting and off-set a big gain in harvesting LT/ AAPL shares in Dec. Which was surreptitious. Since after 31-days I bought AAPL lower. Now off to the races again with AAPL. Sometimes I'd rather be Lucky than Smart!
