My wording did indeed create confusion. In my "calling meeting" wording was meant to discuss issue about issuing new shares, and wasn't meant to issuing new shares on the spot.

As far as the $25K cost and 5-6 week time frame are concerned, would issuing new shares a better option than a 5:1 R/S where volatile, risky & financially unstable penny stock like Worlds can be easily subjected to manipulations?
