The federal government has incentive to NOT reschedule cannabis. As long as it is schedule 1, IRS collects huge amounts of taxes from legal MJ businesses , while the states are getting theirs. If rescheduled, it reduces $$ that IRS gets. Nothing will change as far as showing profit will occur until out of schedule 1. Won,t matter how much gross income is, TRTC will put the$$$$$ into expansion.
