No worries, I'm facilitating a class this week and last, but winding down this week, so I'll have more time. Just as expected before the release of the S-1/A rev 15....lol, it was apparent that the company had to be very specific in their wordings. I am surprised at the offering price, but at least it was opened and closed before it was even announced. I had asked my brokerage about participating, and was told they did not have access to the offering, which told me it was a private placement...written as an offering. Just like you and Rap, I suspect it is one investor who took out a large position and most likely a partnership will be announced.
At least we now know they have enough cash to make it to the end of this Phase 3 trial. That alone will be the catalyst for this company to either rocket to stardom, or file for bankruptcy! For now, I shall let it ride. I have my orders in for another 1M if people start to panic sell...lol
If .03 holds today, I think we are in good shape!
