So for all the board readers, I strongly recommend you read the entire 17 pages of this case that the “turnaround” is looking to file with the state of Delaware, courts.
In short, He is seeking damages of $1.8 million plus full rights of ownership to PureSpectrum, Inc.
It looks to me that he definitely paid a real lawyer to draft up these documents.

Now we just need to find a Judge to hear the case which could be an issue.

This could really get that Carolyn Hall’s pannies in a bundle
or yeah she might have really got her tit in ringer, over this. :)
