TGICQ new common shares issue amount + capital infusion bets?

I'm guessing they double the share count to ~ 30m....and get $20m in debt financing to start new busineses.

Plus value of $700m in NOL for new TGICQ have to be worth at least $ 2 to $3 per share of the new TGIC.

I'd love to see $4 per share by year end
