Is IPIX a bagholder stock?

If you see the characteristics of bagholder - it is.
What do you think?

“And perhaps the greatest fear of all who enter this tumultuous space is that of becoming a "bagholder."

Bagholder - An informal term to describe an investor who holds a position in a security which decreases in value until it is worthless. In most cases, the bag holder will hold the position for an extended period of time in which most of the investment is lost.

You can see the despair in the true bagholder on message boards and in comments sections. They've been married to the stock for some 10 years (or more!), and they're in too deep to sell out now. In fact, they need that big binary event just to break even!

And it's all because they felt promised something, and they feared missing out. When the stock price fell, they feared losing their money. When the stock price rose, they feared that the big one was coming around the corner.”
