1) How many collateral shares are out there, and will they ever be bought back? If so, what is the estimate date?

Close to 10M. Some should be returned by the end of March. Some more if they repay the loan early. And the rest may be dependent on alternative financing.

2) Couple years ago, its market price was around $10. Do you know what started the decline?

Delays in financing for the MegaFarm. Cattle prices taking a hit. Some trouble with the ECAB convertible bond. Not getting a listing on the main board in Oslo.

3) And Last, what's your experience about its management throughout the years as an investor of this company?

Well, I have never been impressed with management. I've always asked the CEO to step down, in any stock I owned. Ask me again when the SEC review of the 10-K in completed. When they file the new 10-K. After they get the loan, announce a dividend policy etc.
