Sorry man I’ve been at work all night. I get this feeling of acquisition from a lot of subtle hints and clues...
1. Devon and Phillip are officers on this newly formed DP Telecom. WHY? 2. They go months silent only for BVTK to release PRs before us.
3. Now they are back to being dead silent. (Because they were told to be imo)
4. BVTK DarkPulse tweeted multiple times last week we are in California reviewing two more acquisitions. Guess what, we’ve all known for weeks now that Tom and Dennis were set to meet IHSI in the first part of February. Hmmm.
5. Anytime I or others have stated on Dennis’ tweets that hopefully IHSI is one of the acquisitions he has liked our posts. When someone replied are you buying LIB*, Dennis replied “why would we?” Lol. Big difference.
6. A fellow DD’r asked Dennis about his thoughts on IHSI and he replied “I cannot comment”. Strange, he’s quick as hell to deny another stock but comment on IHSI..?
7. When asked, Dennis said IHSI’s tech is compatible with his sensors.
8. Does DP Telecom stand for Devon and Phillip or DarkPulse?
I’m sure there’s plenty more but this is off the top of my head for now. Helpcomm is a little company the size of IHSI and BVTK just got them direct vender status for “the nation’s largest wireless carrier” and we all know who that is. I’m betting the would love to have Fazync PAS and an established construction company all in one swoop. If they can’t, then I would consider DP Telecom to be the acquisition. Lots to think about. Regardless, we aren’t going to be in trips too much longer IMO!
