I just thought I'd pass this along to everyone. I tried to respond to Patrick Herda's email. You know, the one that annoyed some people here, though I do not count myself as one of those. In fact, my email praised him for executing a well thought out business model, and then inquired about the possibility of visiting one of the sites for a tour, once construction had begun.
The initial response I received was an automated response. Essentially, it said that their system screens out a tremendous amount of spam and that if I wanted to get through to resend the email with the word "nuclear" typed into the subject line of the email.
Below is a copy of what I received back Patrick Herda. Hopefully it is a legitimate response. I'm going to take him up on his offer of a visit sooner rather than later. I will post his reponse when I receive it.

Anthony,
I am tremendously pleased to know that you are one of our shareholders. I thank you for your support, and I'm very happy to know that you are the kind of person that I am working for.
And to answer your question about a visit to one of our sites absolutely. I would be pleased for you, and some of the other investors to visit the sites once construction has begun. In fact, I may be able to arrange a visit for you at one of our sites, even earlier.
Best regards,
Patrick Herda
