With regards to your inquiry, they have no shares to issue. They have not changed the Authorized via Florida in order to do such. There will be a return to Treasury for cancellation of a rough 40 million plus shares though, but even though they filed with the SEC et all and confirmed/approved an increase of authorized shares...it still must happen in Florida via an amendment.
