That's a good question. If Wang converts all of his preferred shares it would exceed the AS by 83,691,800. 1 of two things would have to happen. Increase AS or RS. We're on hold for the fins and if they are what we think they may be and the Market reacts positively then a RS may stay on hold. I do know RO is working and hoping to have the annual report wrapped up in a timely manner. Holding and accumulating as I can.
