Who is the analyst? Is he/she a good one? Does he/she have a good track record in the penny arena? Does he/she have a relationship with any of the defendants? Does he/she own shares?

I'm an analyst a give VPLM five stars and give a valuation of $100Billion! I do own a sizable position in VPLM! It's about as useful!

Another analyst was on the board earlier and put VPLM's value at way above $100Billion!
