My question is, why would Tynan, Odell, Medbridge invest their money and personnel over a two year period to get VGLS in compliance with the SEC to suddenly go dark on 1 April 2016?

There have not been enough dollars traded over the past four years to account for the amount of debt the three held to convert to shares to sell.
