I have Windows 7 and a Iphone 7.

Cannot get it (the new app) to work on either...
And I work on computers and am network+ certified...

If I cannot get it, what are people that are not technology savvy going to do?

I did get the program to open, but it does not ask for a "Device code" or an "Adult code" like email instructions state will happen.

It takes me directly to a login page asking for user ID and password, which I do not have.

Anyone having better luck than me?
