Just by reading here. I have not read the suit claims. If there is money involved, large amounts. The Plaintiff attorney usually recommends to the client a criminal attorney to further represent them as to not accidently expose fraud on their own client. Cases can easily jump from a civil matter to criminal which in most cases brings in outside investigational powers to be. Not lawyers. Criminal proceedings will trump civil within the courts.
I'm sure you all know this. And it takes time.
