You state "The goals for this scam is to print stock" FALSE
Any stock sold or issued since the last audited financials in 2012 (when 127.5 million shares were outstanding) are listed in the supplemental reports at otcmarkets.com for any to see.
You previously stated shares sold were not listed - FALSE, see above.

You state "The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.000 and $0.001 all while being traded between $0.002 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well."

Your quote is taken (and slightly modified, changing the issue prices, which still makes it wrong) from hotstocked.com, which is itself inaccurate. Note also that this verifiably false information which can be disproved based on the reported stock sales and prices at otcmarkets.com in the supplemental financials. Specifically, both quotes are false, since any shares sold or issued for services are at prices from .003 to .01, sometimes above that. In May 2016 there was one sale at .0015 when the stock was at that bid price. It's all in the supplementals.

"The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.002, all while being traded between $0.005 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well." is a quote from a Hotstocked article by Dragni Dragnev (February 24, 2016). See the next to last sentence. This sentence has been posted here numerous times.

Everyone may be interested to read that Hotstocked may be the real scammers. Here is a link to an article that connects Hotstocked and Enigma Software (makers of Spyhunter) which have the same owners. It is a long article, but I encourage everyone to read it and digest it.
