We'll only be able to see a legitimate rise in pps if HDC is able to structure a new licensing deal with a company or if we are successful with either the Neo and/or Intel challenges. Not sure how long either will take, but HDC's contract with a litigation funding firm and the hiring of an attorney on a partial contingency basis at least reveals that the company is putting up the good fight.
