This is a POS. Guys this is your hard earned money. Ask the questions till you get the answers. When I emailed canoe last year I was told "no possibility of cooperation exists" regarding the merger. Yes, I verified before putting tens of thousands of dollars into this piece of chit.

I firmly believe you guys and your hard earned money are being taken for a ride.... Not in the direction you guys seek either..

Keep pressing. If they are afraid of a email what else are they afraid of? Exposing the scam?
