That seems to be his problem when negotiating with whom ever, they go "Who". If Viva would have a customer base, then those might say, "yea, I've heard of you". You can't sell a product that is unknown, the one who closes the deal will be out on a limb. Ain't going to happen. People don't put their careers on the line to suggest an unknown to be part of the equation. Even if a company like Hulu is up against Viva for a contract. People and governments will choose the well know over the unknown, even if the unknown can and will offer better service.
