Boone would have to file his holdings as he owns more than 5%...and he hasn't filed an increase. There is however the recent restructured note convertible at anytime at a 15% discount. Not to mention the loans, some convertible, on the books.

Boone owns preferreds to protect his assets, and he owns commons to protect the votes that protect his preferreds.

Boone is also capped at 20% ownership,meaning he can only buy 20% of the growing OS.

All meaning dilution is happening, but insiders aren't buying.
