Since the attachments referenced by Cutler are not a part of the posted document that was addressed to the (old) board by the Yarbro group, does anyone know what it contained?
I am assuming it listed or showed, in some manner, the total number of supportive shares and, most probably, the associated shareholders. Was there anything else?
What I wonder know is what the four remaining (old) directors can or will do. How bad does this look for those who were passive (Howard) and were gifted with a board seat (O'Connell). Brennan has the most to lose financially, but should have stopped this fiasco long ago. As for Conrad, well, too much has already been written, but there may be special places "somewhere warm" for him.
