I did not say it was something filed with the court. I said, and I quote: "but that has already been announced to be revised to $50 billion". I think that was clear enough. It's me directly quoting Malak. He says it's been revised. He is the one who came up with the metrics model for determining these damages. And once he did, he then used a tiny percentage of it and filed it with the court. It's been announced that this month new damages will be filed. It seems reasonable & logical to assume that if he said it's been revised to 50 bil (only 3, not all 4 suits) that is what will be filed. It's possible that it could be higher or lower, what is filed, but it just seems likely he would filenwhat he already quoted as the revision.
