Regarding pnd scheme, I beg to differ. Ed executed a great pump and dump scheme in February 2014 starting with retiring 1 billion shares as he transferred 400 million shares to the Sierra Global... for no legitimate reason. He announced MyECheck 3.0 and stated they no longer needed a bank partner to provide services! Then he PR’d phony licensing deals with Sierra Global, Interpay, GreenPay. Next he hyped GreenPay (fake company to ride the MJ wave) and MJ Pay and stuck a countdown clock on website for the app launch. When nothing went live guess what? They needed bank partners. Then the Form 144 popped up revealing he was selling shares during the run.
We know now that during all the hyped business activity Ed was buying real estate under the company. Which is the real reason why he stopped reporting.
