Yes, the price has been stable in a range from 9¢ to about 15¢ for awhile, and yes, the price has taken big percentage moves up and down, based on trades of less than 1,000 shares, sometimes as little as 200 shares (on a 10¢ stock, no less).

Although I don't own enough GERS shares to make a filing to the SEC, I do own enough shares to have a bigger potential effect on the price than the 200-share traders have had.

I could bring the price up by buying more and I could bring the price down by selling some of what I have, but neither action is in my best interest as an investor. I will wait for the trading price to meet the prices of my open buy- and sell orders.

I don't expect another delay on the 14th. I do expect good news for GERS shareholders on the 14th. I am ready for almost any outcome on the 14th, because I do have outstanding buy- and sell orders that cover significantly more than 200 shares, and I have some hope that the news from D.C. after Friday's COB will show up as a higher GERS price on Monday.
