After six years of inactivity, they went active on the NVSOS

The company merging in has 4divisions of subsidiaries. You can see each of them listed on their website that is still under construction
https://sdtholdings.com/
- Mining Electrification
- Cryptocurrency / Blockchain
- Industrial Alpha Batteries
- Internet of Things for the industrial market
We also know from the OTC page that there are 33 million outstanding shares and iwe know from a tweet that it’s a five million float

Let’s start with @SDT_Holdings and the contents of their tweets. Within their tweets you’ll find articles about Bitmain wanting to move out of China and looking for cold climate areas to restart operations.
There is information on how Quebec has some of the lowest energy costs, which is something a crypto mine needs. This is a series of tweets that suggest to me a joint venture with bitmain. There are 4 tweets here

This is one of SDT Holdings subsidiaries, SDBT. Notice in the description that they want to create the largest crypto mine.

Imagine if @SDT_Holdings said they were teaming up with BITMAIN to build the largest crypto farm in the world in Quebec because of the low energy costs
This isn’t something I just made up. These are things that have been stated in tweets they have put out with articles in them.
Quebec does have low energy costs.
Bitmain wants to leave China.
SDBT says they want the largest crypto mine.
And Quebec has the perfect climate to keep things cool naturally.
The computers get hot...... open a window..... or pump cold air in. Also reducing costs.
If you don’t know who Bitmain is, here is an article from last August that really shows the magnitude of their operation.

@SDT_Holdings and @IntVentures are also following each other on twitter and tweeting each other’s tweets.
And if you look on INTV’s website you’ll find Bitmain in their partners page. Maybe INTV will be involved.
With all this information I can only conclude that SDT Holdings is going to be Partnering with Bitmain
And to top it all off, SDT Holdings is an EDGAR filing company. They are NASDAQ ready.

All in my opinion.
