Steve scamming no one. MAZARS audit still is in process of being completed. Letter posted was a very typical engagement letter. I should know, I am an Internal Auditor and that was as professional as it gets and needs to be. A timeline was missed for getting audit done by January 31 due to unexpected information requests and unknown debt that is in process of being settled. This audit is still in process of being completed. As long as it's completed the timing doesn't really matter. Sometimes audits of fiscal years are completed a year later, it's only that he stated back in December that the would be done by Jan 31st that created n issue here. Minor one in my opinion as he gave sufficient reasoning for delay.
