CEO Thom Kidrin stated, “As the number of our authorized outstanding shares was not sufficient to cover the warrant exercise, the company was required to implement a reverse stock split of our common shares to facilitate the issuance of the warrant conversion shares to our warrant holders

Now you stated:

fact! no dilution
everyone needs to their homework.....information and facts are the most powerful tool vs bs

1. Warrant exercise is dilution sir, suggest you look up the definition of diluition if you are confused

2. The company has just stated they are doing a R/S to accomodate for that share issuance AKA DILUTION because they are not authortized to issue enough shares to cover that DILUTION

3. Many here argued they could not dilute without increasing authorization of more shares - I said that was wrong - Kidrin proved those people wrong and ME RIGHT ON BOTH COUNTS - Dilution and Warrant exercise


4. REVERSE SPLIT WITH DILUTION in a penny stock on the OTCBB - A SHORTERS WET DREAM IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN LOL

5. Oh and to those claiming the dilution is factored in? Well one cant argue there was no dilution coming in the past and now when surprised it does, say its factored in! LOL arguing both sides of the same coin does not work.

6. Morevoer, and more importantly, dilution is NOT factored in to the share price, as when those shares are freely tradable they will put downward pressure on a stock that sees little volume and did not expect dilution as those holders sell.

7. In addition, with the R/S notorious penny shorters love these plays- no volume, high float, and no revenues- The combination of selling pressure from converted shares and POTENTIALLY SHORTS if financially feasible will PROVE that the dilution is NOT priced in and me right yet again!
